Ari Koutsoubis, DMD a restorative dentist renowned for his expertise in reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry, all while incorporating a biologic philosophy that prioritizes the overall health and well-being of his patients. Beginning his career as a dental hygienist, Dr. Ari cultivated a deep understanding of oral health and patient care. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Bioscience from SUNY Farmingdale State University, laying a solid foundation in the biological sciences that would later form his approach to dentistry.

Continuing his academic pursuits, Dr. Ari pursued his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. During his time at Tufts, he distinguished himself with his exceptional clinical skills, earning the prestigious senior prize for excellence in general dentistry. His dedication and talent were further recognized with scholarships from esteemed organizations such as the New England Hellenic Medical and Dental Society.

Driven by a desire to explore the intersection of dentistry and holistic health, Dr. Ari embarked on a journey of education around the philosophy biologic dentistry through the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine. He is also a member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology. Dr. Ari firmly believes in a metal free dentistry approach and focuses on reducing inflammation and toxicity in the body.

To broaden his expertise and refine his clinical acumen, Dr. Ari completed a general residency at the Brooklyn Veterans Administration Hospital. Here, he gained invaluable experience in treating medically complex patients requiring extensive full-mouth rehabilitation dentistry. Dr. Ari has pursued advanced training in a wide range of specialized areas, including full mouth rehabilitation, laser dentistry, digital smile design, cosmetic and biologic dentistry under the mentorship of world renowned practitioners and educators. His commitment to continuing education and strive for detailed precision, has placed him at the forefront of modern dentistry in the digital era which equips him to provide the optimal life changing experiences his patients seek.

Growing up with traditional roots, Dr. Ari volunteers some of his time with the Greek Orthodox Church and helps the community with carrying out various fundraising events and community outreach.
